About Us
We are a registered, community-based non-profit 501(c)3 organization based in St. Petersburg, FL. We provide additional support and services through partnering with existing community agencies and nonprofits.
Mind the Gap Together was founded in 2021 for one primary purpose - to close the gaps between services, resources, and those who need them. Our trauma-informed, solution-based services aim to break down barriers related to education, career, housing, health care, and counseling.

We know that people's needs aren't one size fits all - and neither are we!
What We Do
Building Community Partnerships
We focus on partnering with other organizations and government agencies, who serve vulnerable populations and are in need of additional programming and support.
Mind the Gap Together assists with needs assessment, streamlining resources, and creating adaptable, solution-focused, strength-based, and individualized services for not only those in need in our community, but also for the people who serve them.
Community- Based Programming
Through our partnerships, we provide additional support and programming related to personal, educational, or career goals.

Some of our services include, but are not limited to:
- Group counseling
- School-based services
- Assistance with applying to government programs (food stamps, health insurance, housing)
- Referrals to other community agencies and organizations
- Employment assistance
- Support and advocacy
